If you want to become an eMedia official reseller, please read carefully the following terms. If you agree with ALL of these, then click the "I agree" button to display the registration form. This is a legal agreement between you, a commercial entity (the "RESELLER") and the company Mediasoft Technologies S.A.R.L., ("MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES") whose headquarters are in Paris (75015), France, 228 rue de la Convention, registered under the RCS of Paris under the SIRET# 35209585500016.
By registering on this site, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, DO NOT register. Instead, click the "I disagree" button below, or press the "Back" button of your browser, or click on a tab above.
MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES grants you the right to use the functionalities of this site and to sell the eMedia software, either in standard and professional versions at the following conditions: (a) your acceptance to conform to the terms and conditions of this document, (b) your acceptance to fill-in the forms when you ask for an upgrade, (c) your acceptance to register the registration form on the next page, (d) the commitment of not modify the original MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES documentations and software, either on paper form as on electronic form, (e) the payment of the registration fees as sent to you by MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES, registration fees calculated on the number of licenses asked on this site.
The SOFTWARE (including any images, photographs, animations, videos, audio, music, and text incorporated in the SOFTWARE) is owned by MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES or its suppliers and is protected by French copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material (e.g., a book or musical recording).
Reproduction: you may not use, copy, modify, or transfer the software or any copy in whole or in part, except as expressly provided in this license. all rights not expressly granted are reserved by MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES.
Other restrictions: you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE, except to the extent the foregoing restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law. If the SOFTWARE is an update or has been updated, any transfer must include the most recent version.
MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES warrants that the SOFTWARE will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials for a period of one year from the date of receipt. Any implied warranties on the SOFTWARE are limited to one year. Some states / jurisdictions do not allow limitations on duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
No other warranties: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the software, the accompanying printed materials, and any accompanying hardware. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have others, which vary from state / jurisdiction to state / jurisdiction.
No liability for consequential damages: to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES or its suppliers be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the SOFTWARE, even if MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states / jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.
French law restricted rights: the SOFTWARE and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph 47 of the July 3, 1985 law, as applicable. Manufacturer/Contractor is MEDIASOFT TECHNOLOGIES, 228 rue de la Convention, 75015 Paris, FRANCE. In case of lawsuit, competence if given to the Tribunal of Commerce of Paris, France.

You certify that you have read the current license agreement and the limited warranty, having understood the terms and the conditions and you commit yourself to respect them. You recognize, too, that this software license and this limited warranty are the exclusive and complete agreement between the two parts and replaces all previous offer or agreement, oral or written, and all other communication between the two parts about this software license or limited warranty.
